Founding CEO, Jennifer Lewin, is an innovator, entrepreneur and nonprofit strategist with nearly 20 years of experience developing community partnerships, fostering organizational growth and providing clarity to operational infrastructure.
Before launching NonProfit Leadership LLC, Jennifer was the first Executive Director of three unique start-up nonprofits creating a the founding mission and vision, painting walls, cultivating staff and volunteers, building long term financial stability, lunching with donors and board members, growing membership, increased branding and awareness and wearing so many hats that her closet was overflowing.
Jennifer also wears a cute pom-pom ski hat each winter as she and her husband run Blizzard Ski & Snowboard School teaching 1500 youth to ski or snowboard each winter.
Jennifer has a BA from American University, and an MA, mini-MBA in Non-Profit Management and certificate in Executive Director Leadership from University of St. Thomas. She always has time to read a good book in the sunshine, walk her two dogs with her husband, FaceTime her three college age kids; or enjoy the great American pastime, baseball, at Target Field, your neighborhood park or a minor league field around the country.
